Update 0.3.2a

Updates
- Rival holds on the Valley map: each rival hold now stands on its clearing as a picture that grows with its people: a stone hut behind a palisade, then a longhouse with a watchtower, then a walled hall. Each flies its own colour, and a hold sworn to you flies yours. A fallen hold leaves a burned-out ruin until the site is free again.
- Your hold redrawn at the map's own angle, like the rival holds: the same four stages, from the snowed-in door to the crowned gate with its braziers.
- A cleaner Valley map: each hold's plate shows just its name, grade and how it stands with you (sworn, wary, watching, eyeing you, or raiding us!); hover a hold for its power, people and mood, or click it for the full panel. Rival holds are a little brighter and glow softly in their house colour (yours when sworn), so you can tell them apart at a glance.
- Places as pictures too: a mine your explorers found shows as a mine entrance with its ore cart, a shrine as a carved standing stone with candles, and the drifters gather at a camp of patched tents (grey and cold while nobody sits at its fire).
- Rooms built from the ground up: a room's level now shows in what it is built of: a dug hollow of dirt, then timber, then dressed stone, then bronze fittings, then gold on fine stone. Redrawn so far: the Hearth, the Deepwell, the Lumenworks, the Quarters, the Gate, the Storehouse, the Infirmary (the Apothecary shows the same pictures), the School and the Wayfarers' Lodge. The Armoury, the Counting House and the Barracks follow in a later update.
- Painted mountains: the range behind the hold is painted now, one range a season (snow-capped in spring, green in summer, russet in autumn, deep snow in winter); they fade from one to the next as the season turns and darken with the night.
- A longer summer: the year is 12 days now: a long summer (5 days) and autumn (3), a short winter (2, from day 11); spring stays 2 days.
- Drifters stop throwing their lives away: a band of drifters now weighs its odds against your Gate the way the rival holds do. It only marches when it likes its chances, sends just enough to win, and turns back at the wall if you posted more guards since it was sighted.
- The Beacon is parked for now: it can no longer be built, and a Beacon in an older save is taken down on load (its cost comes back in gold, its heralds wait in the Commons).
- Drag and scroll: while you drag a kin, the mouse wheel now scrolls the hold, so moving someone from the top floor to the bottom is one smooth move. The kin's face follows your cursor (with "+2" when a group moves), the room under it lights up, and Escape cancels.
- Winter and night reach the pictures: the holds, ruins and places on the Valley map now turn pale and cold in winter and dark at night with the rest of the map; their plates stay easy to read.
